Sausage and Tomatoes Cheese Tortellini
Easy, delicious, cheap, comfort food AND you only need one pot; so here goes...
1 lb. sausage
16 oz. Crushed tomatoes
16 oz. water
19 oz. bag frozen cheese tortellini
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 cups fresh spinach roughly chopped
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
In a large stock pot brown the sausage and cook the sausage breaking it up into bite size pieces.
When it's no longer pink spoon off the fat and add the tomatoes, water, and Italian seasoning.
Bring to a boil and add the cheese tortellini. Simmer until the tortellini is heated through and tender.
Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Add the spinach and stir it through and you're done.
Ready to serve; enjoy.
